German rabbit head on a paper mache Easter egg. This design resembles an antique one that I loved but couldn't afford! His head is molded from one in my collection and then hand painted. In his mouth is a tiny felt carrot. The paper that covers the egg is hand painted and then applied. I left it slightly lose in places as if it were old and starting to come unglued. Easter is spelled out in silver glitter and then aged. This is not a candy container. The piece measures approximately 9" tall by 4" wide.
