Large dressed rabbit

Large dressed rabbit measuring 17 3/4" in height. The head has been molded from an antique German piece and covered in vintage cotton batting with light touches of paint in the ears, etc. The collar on her dress is made from vintage lace. Though the fabric for her dress is not vintage, it has been aged to blend with vintage items. She walks with a hand made umbrella and carries a small paper mache egg which resembles the old German eggs of long ago. On her back is a hand made paper cone with vintage style designs. Pussy willow, greenery, and a small Easter chick fill the cone. This design was featured in the Holiday issue of Early American Life magazine, 2005.
