Uncle Sam hat

The Uncle Sam hat is handmade of paper mache. Painted and distressed in a nice blue and trimmed with vintage crepe paper in a red/white/blue stripe with stars. The silver star in the middle of the gathered half circle is glittered in silver and antiqued. It is 5 1/4" tall and approximately 7" across the base.
